Hypermetropia (Farsightedness)

Farsightedness is a condition in which a person, regardless of age, has difficulty focusing objects that are close to the eyes. Light rays entering the eye are not focused on the retina, but behind it. This causes nearby objects to be blurry or blurry. If the diopter in the plus is greater, the more effort the eyes need to maintain focus at near. There is an exercise that aims to bring the point of clear vision closer to about 20 cm distance from the eyes.
